We work on residential garage doors, springs, openers, tracks, cables, and panels. We do not do commercial roll-up doors, gates, or fence work, and we're not a general handyman service - if your call has nothing to do with the door in your garage, we'll tell you that up front instead of billing you for a look.
We also don't try to save a door that's cheaper to replace. A lot of houses around here went up between 1938 and 1994, with most of the stock dating to the 1960s and 70s. That means a good share of the doors we see are original steel sections on hardware that hasn't been made in decades.
If the track is bent past true or the panels are rusted through at the seams, patching it costs you more over two years than a new door does up front. We'll say so instead of stacking repairs on a door that's done.
We don't quote a job sight unseen over the phone either. Spring size, track type, and opener model all change the number, and guessing wrong either lowballs you or scares you off a job that was simple. We look, then we quote.
Straight Answers
